A bold, new, fully responsive website design for Building Better.

Website design and build for social housing alliance who specialise in modern methods of construction.

Building Better is backed by the National Housing Federation. Building Better is an alliance of 29 housing associations and local authorities. This group work together to increase the use of modern methods of construction (MMC) in the social housing sector.

Through Building Better, members have access an invaluable resource to provide high quality, sustainable offsite homes.

We were approached by Building Better to design and build their new website.

Having recently launched, Building Better had a strikingly distinctive brand identity which was echoed throughout the site to help reflect the modern brand ethos and message.

A bold, use of colour was used with emphasis, to distinguish itself from a more conventional approach with large blocks of flat colour were applied throughout.

The website design was modern in structure but clear and informative at all stages to help relay key information. The website also benefits from a custom members login area to download and share information and resources.

Modern methods of construction (MMC) use offsite manufacturing to build high quality homes faster, with less waste. MMC helping to tackle the nation’s housing shortage and provide homes that people love.

“It’s always a pleasure working with GOTO they are quick, proactive and communicative. As a small business, being able to develop a design that enables easy updates was critical. GOTO not only helped us achieved this but suggested so many little tweaks and ideas along the way saving loads of future time and effort.”
